How to travel alone safely?

Well, it's been a month since the last post. Think I should get my ass here to start another new post. I'm not lazy to post a new post but I got no idea to write what. What's actually interesting? Friends used to give me idea on writing about my own life, what did I do, where did I go all those kind of things. To be honest, I think those kind of shits kinda bored. Am I right? Who the hell cares what I did, where I went.

Now, I'm bored to death. So I have to force myself to write something since my friends keep asking me to update it. Duhhhh!

Err, I'm bored because I'm in Melbourne (not showing off okay?!). Shops and malls here closed at 5pm. So I got no place to hang around but to stay at home. A long long long night to spend with watching anime on laptop. I thought I'm on vacation? =/

Okay, back to the topic. I have lots of friends, they love travel. Seriously! We love travelling! Oh yea~ But sometime we can't get a good partners or group of friends. It's always tough to plan everything. Please everyone else in a group. That's why I choose to travel alone. You don't have to take care of your friend and the most important thing is your friend doesn't need to take care of you. Fair.

If you wanna travel, the first thing you must concern issssssssssssssssssssssss,
1) Book your flight ticket. Plan your own trip
-lol, this is the main thing to do. Know where you are going, know what you want. I know you have your dream place to go. So just book your flight ticket and get ready for it. It's your own trip, so plan whatever you wanna do. Eating icecream down the street half naked during winter?

2) Prepare everything that you need or maybe buy those stuffs over there.
-what you need? passport, visa if needed. And those shampoo, clothes..? But for me, camera is important! Bahahahaha! List it out if youre hardworking, or maybe you can memorize everything you need to bring.

3) Always keep in mind that, 'take care of yourself'
-When you're alone, nobody gonna look after you. So whatever you do, think twice. Is it safe? Should I do this? This is what I always concern.

4) Know about their culture
-If it's possible, you could do some research about the country. If you're so hardworking to? I didn't do any research but I ask people from that country. Hey, why the doors can't lock? Seriously, the door for the room, and the toilet door, cannot be locked here. -_-

5) Money $$$
-You don't have to be rich to travel. What you need to do is be aware of budget. Don't overspend. Don't get crazy when you see shopping mall and start buying stuffs. LOL, too much of sale now!! I can't stand it! Oh well, just estimate what you gonna spend like foods? transportation? If you're not lazy, maybe you can jot down whatever you spend. But if you're super rich, who the hell cares? Spend like a boss! This is why you're here!

Addition:
-Keep all your $$ and passport in a bag which you carry the most. Becareful. Don't  be the target of thieves.

6) How long you gonna stay here?
-Well, if the place you're going is near, maybe 4D3N? Like my friend said, if you're going to a really really far place, spend like 793742933 hours on the plane and you stay there for 3D2N? What can you do? Too tired to play around because you sit too much on plane. If it's far, shoulda stay there at least 7days. Play like a boss, walk like a boss, run like a boss! Nobody knows you.

7) Where to stay?
-On the street. Get a sleeping bag. Safe costs! Just kidding. If you're hardworking, start to do research on hotel. Or if you have friends or relatives, easy! Or maybe stick with the first plan, get a sleeping bag.

8) A trip for yourself
-If it's a trip for yourself to relax, choose a friend who needs to relax too. Like I said, if you're going with a bunch of friends, is either you need to please them, follow their rules, or they follow yours. I don't like travel with bunch of friends, it gets complicated. Like I wanna go beach, but those girls wanna do their shopping. Hello, those shopping malls are all the same. Even same brand. We still can see burberry, gucci, lv in every country. WHY THE HELL YOU WASTE YOUR TIME OVER HERE? That's what I dislike. So, choose a friend who has the same thinking with you :) But still, alone is better

9) Make friends !
-Oh, my favourite parts! Get new friends here. Hangout with them so you don't have to be alone. If you're my close friends, you shoulda know I'm super duper hyper like white guys! Can't really see much in my country. I keep smiling alone on the street because it's all my type. Duhh, I'm melting! opps, back to topic. Yea, just make new friends. That's it.

10) Plan a tour
-Sometime you don't know what's fun here and how to get to that place or whatever it is. Just go to travel agency in that country and get some 1 day trip. It's fun! :)

11) Get a sim card
-It's easier if you get a sim card. Cheaper to call back to your country. Give some of your friends know your  mobile number so they can get to you.

12) Build your confidence
-Aww I love this part. I watched a movie before. The girl said: Mum, bring me to travel. I wanna go travel. Then the mum touched her daughter's face and said: Girl, travel can be alone. You don't need people to bring you. YESSS, I agree with that mum. You're old enough to do so! Just go ahead :) Prove to people that: HEY I'm not a kid anymore!

My dad: He always there to support me no matter what Im doing.
When I tell him: Dad, I'm going to Australia next month. His respond: Again? With who? Me: Alone. Him: Oh. Then he change the topic like no big deal.
Few weeks later: eh, when you going? Remember get me souvenir.

My mum: She is scarier than my dad to be honest.
Me: Mum, I'm gonna tell you something but promise me you won't angry ok?
Mum: *Stare at me*
Me: Promise?
Mum: YES!
Me: *Stop breathing* I'm going to Aus next month!
Mum: WHAT? AGAIN? WITH WHO? WHY ALWAYS FLY HERE FLY THERE?
Me: ...
Then she will start her speech. But at the end, she will send me to the airport. Phewww~
